For the best party experience for your guests, we recommend Zone Bowling parties for kids aged 5 and above.
Party Hosts are there to help make your celebration fun and memorable by assisting with activities, coordinating the party schedule, and supporting your group throughout the event.
However, Party Hosts are not responsible for supervising children. A carer, parent or responsible adult must remain at the venue and supervise all children attending the party at all times.
A carer is a parent, guardian or adult responsible for supervising the party children and a touch point for Zone Bowling. We recommend that carers are present for the duration of your party. Carers are there to ensure the kids are all in attendance during each activity, escort the kids to the bathroom and ensure they are behaving appropriately in the venue. If there is a problem the Party Host will inform the carers, so it is necessary to remain in the venue to be able to supervise the party.
We ask that you organise a parent or carer to be available for the duration of your party as a touch point for our hosts – this could be you, your partner, a family member, or friend (anyone attending the party to help supervise the kids).
A dedicated party hosts is included with every Zone Bowling birthday party package. A Zone Bowling party host will help coordinate your birthday party and assist with the party experience, but parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the event.
Zone Bowling party hosts are available to assist with check-in, food service (if included in your party package), party arrangements, and any questions that may arise during the celebration. They help ensure the event runs smoothly and that guests have a fantastic experience.
